Are you going to be in the NY-Metro area?

We have just confirmed four Sunday Jazz evenings in May starting on May 3rd. We'll be playing songs from "Something Still Cool" and the forthcoming "Songs Spun of Gold" (musicians tbd) from 6:00 to 9:00pm at Stella, 213 Front Street in the South Street Seaport, lower Manhattan. There is no cover or minimum at this attractive Italian restaurant (sorry, since they recently changed hands, their website is under construction) and a special prix fixe menu will be available.

And, if you haven't heard the great news, "Something Still Cool" was nominated for a best jazz recording award for 2008 by the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (see http://www3.timeoutny.com/newyork/thevolume/2009/04/cab-fare-mac-nominees-announced) for which the winner will be announced at the MAC Awards ceremony on May 18th at BB Kings, W. 42nd Street.

Stay tuned for further news and happy Spring!

Best,

Elli
